What is Change, transition, transformation?

•Change occurs when something new starts or when something old stops. Change is usually external, You have to end before you begin.

•Transition - are an internal process to help adapt to change. The Lifestyle is affected. The starting point for transition is awareness of what you're leaving behind and being able to willing to let go. Every aspect of transition is challenging

•Transformation - a dramatic conversion, revolution or makeover of a person. Transformation comes when we are willing to listen, to turn aside from our old ways and to have our routines interrupted

•What do we believe about transformation? “The truth is that our finest moments are likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are like to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers”. by M. Scott Peck
